Service FAQ S
Custom Elearning Development
What types of eLearning modules can you create?
We create everything from short microlearning modules to full multi module programs. This includes explainers, guided walk throughs, scenarios, simulations, and assessments for onboarding, product, sales, compliance, and systems training.
How long does a typical eLearning project take?
A single module with clear content can usually be designed and developed in a few weeks. Larger programs with multiple modules, complex interactions, or localization can take several months. We always agree timelines and milestones with you before we start.
How do you work with our SMEs and internal L & D team?
Your SMEs provide the expertise, and we handle structure, design, and production. We usually start with a short call and shared documents, then keep communication focused through structured reviews so the time needed from your team stays reasonable.
How many revisions are included and how does review work?
We plan review rounds at key stages, such as storyboard and functional build. Most projects include at least one structured review per stage plus a final QA pass. If you need extra rounds, we can add them to the scope so expectations are clear.
Which tools do you use and will the modules work in our LMS?
We primarily use Articulate Storyline and Rise, supported by tools like the Adobe suite, Vyond, Camtasia, HeyGen, and AI assisted workflows where useful. We deliver SCORM or xAPI packages that work with most modern LMS platforms.
How our LMS solutions work
What can you help us with on the LMS side?
We can support you with LMS setup, content structure, user and group configuration, course uploads, SCORM or xAPI packaging, reporting, and ongoing updates. When needed, we also collaborate on fully custom LMS development with our software partner.
Can you work with our LMS and IT requirements?
Yes. We are platform agnostic and adapt to most modern LMS systems, whether cloud-based, enterprise, or custom. We align with your IT requirements and coordinate technical work with your internal team and our development partner when needed.
When does a custom LMS make sense compared to using an existing platform?
A custom LMS makes sense when you need more control over data, specific workflows that standard platforms cannot handle, or higher privacy requirements. In those cases, we work with our development partner to design and build a tailored platform while we handle the learning and user experience side.
Can you help migrate content from one LMS to another?
Yes. We can help you export existing content, repackage courses as SCORM or xAPI if needed, and structure them in the new system. We also use this moment to clean up and organize your catalog so learners have a clearer path through your training.
How are LMS projects priced, and how long do they take?
Smaller LMS support tasks, such as setting up courses and structure, can be completed relatively quickly. Larger projects, such as full implementations or custom LMS development, take longer and are scoped on a case-by-case basis. We always provide a clear breakdown of effort, timeline, and cost once we understand your requirements.
Translation
What types of content can you localize?
We localize eLearning modules, training videos, on-screen text, voiceover scripts, subtitles, and LMS packages. This covers courses we have built for you, as well as existing content you already use.
Do you use your own translators or work with ours?
Both options are possible. You can use our trusted translation partner, or we can work with your existing language provider. In both cases, we handle implementation, layout adjustments, and QA inside Storyline, Rise, or your video files.
Can you help with AI-assisted translation for our brand?
Yes. We can help set up and refine AI translation workflows, or brand-tuned bots that speed up draft translations. Final checks, terminology, and approvals are still done by humans to protect quality and brand voice.
How do you handle complex languages like Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese, or Thai?
For right-to-left languages, we adjust navigation and layouts so the learning flow feels natural. For languages such as Japanese or Thai, we pay special attention to line breaks, spacing, and text rendering so everything remains clear and readable.
How is localization priced, and how long does it usually take?
Pricing depends on the number of languages, word count, media elements, and LMS packaging needs. Timelines vary from a few weeks for a small set of languages to longer for large programs. We always provide a clear estimate once we see the source materials and language list.
Video Production
What kinds of training videos can you create?
We produce animated explainers, scenario-based videos, AI presenter videos, screen capture walk-throughs, and live action footage with real people. We can create single pieces or full series for onboarding, product, compliance, systems, and soft skills training.
What do you need from us to get started?
Usually, we need a short brief, any existing content or slide decks, basic learning goals, and your brand guidelines. Your SMEs validate the message, and we turn that into scripts, storyboards, and finished videos.
How long does a typical video project take?
Short, simple videos can often be completed in a few weeks. Larger projects, series, or videos with complex visuals, multiple languages, or live shooting will take longer. We confirm timelines and milestones with you before production begins.
How many revision rounds are included?
Most projects include at least one review at the script or storyboard stage and one review on the first full edit, plus a final polish pass. If your project needs more revision rounds, we agree on that upfront so there are no surprises.
Can you localize videos, and will they work in our LMS?
Yes. We can localize videos with translated scripts, voiceovers, or subtitles in multiple languages. Final files are delivered in formats that work in most LMS platforms and channels, such as MP4 and, when needed, as part of SCORM or xAPI packages.
